Mylène Trépanier, crafts artist born in Quebec in 1961, painted since childhood. In 1998, she developed a new three-dimensional decoration technique using a combination of faux-finished techniques and recovered materials.
Passionate about shapes and colours, metals, wood and old ornaments find between her fingers a continuity in the creation of her works.
Member of the Conseil des métiers d’art du Québec since 2007 and since then Créations d’Octobre has participated in several annual exhibitions both in Quebec and Ontario.
